The TRUPCR® Bacterial/Fungal DNA Extraction Kit is designed for the rapid and efficient isolation of high-purity genomic DNA from bacterial and fungal pathogens present in a variety of clinical specimens. The kit uses a silica-membrane column system that enables reliable DNA purification suitable for downstream molecular applications.
The extraction workflow consists of four key steps—Lyse, Bind, Wash, and Elute, ensuring maximum yield and purity while removing PCR inhibitors commonly found in respiratory and urine samples.
