TRUPCR® Respiratory Viral Pathogen Panel Kit is a nucleic acid amplification assay designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of multiple respiratory viral pathogens from respiratory specimens, such as bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), tracheal aspirate, sputum, and nasopharyngeal aspirates in VTM vials. The kit uses one-step real-time PCR technology and includes an endogenous internal control (the human RNaseP gene) to verify sample quality and assay reliability. Results must be interpreted in the context of all clinical and laboratory findings.
