The TRUPCR® Transplant Panel Kit is a Real-Time PCR–based qualitative assay designed for the detection and differentiation of 7 clinically relevant viral pathogens associated with transplant complications. The panel detects Human cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), Varicella zoster virus (VZV), Herpes simplex virus 1 & 2 (HSV-1 & HSV-2), Human parvovirus B19, and BK virus (BKV) from plasma or serum samples. The kit includes an endogenous internal control to monitor extraction, amplification quality, and the presence of inhibitors, ensuring reliable results.
