TRUdPCR dPCR JAK2 V617F Kit

The TRUPCR® dPCR JAK2 V617F Kit is a highly sensitive digital PCR assay developed for the absolute quantification of the JAK2 V617F somatic mutation (c.1849G>T) located in exon 14 of the JAK2 gene. The assay is designed for use with genomic DNA extracted from bone marrow or peripheral blood samples and is optimised for the Bio-Rad Droplet Digital™ PCR System.
